Exhibitor name badges

The name badges are for the staff who will be building up and dismantling the stand, and manning the stand during the exhibition. The badges give access to the exhibition halls from Monday 11 October and until Saturday 16 October.

Please note

Fill out the form and print the name badges. Lanyard and plastic case can be picked up at the Organizers’ Office in the Front Hall from Monday 11 October at 8 am.

Exhibition opening hours
Wednesday 13 October 10 am - 5 pm
Thursday 14 October 10 am - 5 pm

Stand dismantling
Friday 15 October 4 pm - 9 pm
Saturday 16 October 8 am - 9 pm

Bestilling af udstillerkort

Udstillerkortet er til brug for de medarbejdere, der skal opbygge og nedtage standen, og de som under messen skal betjene standen. Udstillerkort giver adgang til messeområdet fra mandag 11. oktober til og med lørdag 16. oktober.

Bemærk

Formularen udfyldes og udstillerkortet printes. Keyhanger og etui kan afhentes på arrangørkontoret i forhallen fra mandag 11. oktober kl. 8.00.
